Meet Michell
Michell is a multifaceted professional, seamlessly blending the roles of wife, mother, and successful entrepreneur. With a career spanning over 25 years, Michell has made her mark as a renowned hair stylist, mentor, coach, author, speaker, and strategist.
Her journey began at the High School of Fashion Industries, where her passion for beauty and business flourished. This passion led her to pursue a business major at Queensboro Community College, laying the foundation for her future endeavors.
Throughout her career, Michell has not only excelled in her craft but has also dedicated herself to uplifting others. She has worked with over 1000+ women of color, guiding them in prioritizing and adhering to self-care routines tailored to their lifestyles and budgets.
Transitioning from her successful career as a stylist, Michell ventured into beauty education for five years, sharing her expertise and empowering others in the industry. However, her true calling emerged when she embraced her role as a full-time coach and strategist.
Driven by her mission to empower people of color to recognize and harness their innate talents, Michell is committed to cultivating a community where self-worth translates into self-care, financial independence, thriving relationships, and an extraordinary quality of life.
